SORA Snow School is hiring Seasonal Front Desk Staff (Shift-Based) for the 2026/27 winter season!

🏔️ GALA Yuzawa – 2 Positions

Join our international team and spend the winter working at some of Japan's most exciting ski resorts!

The main responsibilities include front desk operations, customer service, lesson coordination, and supporting the daily operations of our ski school.

📍 Work Locations

• GALA Yuzawa Snow Resort | Echigo-Yuzawa, Niigata 

• Hoshino Resorts NEKOMA Mountain | Fukushima

Work locations will be arranged based on individual preferences and staffing requirements.

Job Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Customer Service

• Welcome and assist guests at the ski school counter

• Provide lesson information and answer general enquiries

• Assist with lesson check-in and meeting arrangements

• Handle on-site customer enquiries and payments

2. Daily Lesson Coordination & Operations

• Check and confirm daily lesson bookings

• Coordinate between instructors and guests

• Confirm lesson schedules, meeting times, and locations

• Communicate with instructors and assist with unexpected situations

• Monitor daily lesson operations and progress

3. General Operational Support

• Respond to basic online and on-site customer enquiries

• Organize daily booking and customer information

• Assist with schedule changes due to weather, lift closures, or other unexpected situations

• Support general ski school operations and tasks assigned by supervisors

💰 Salary & Working Hours

Hourly Wage: From ¥1,400/hour

+ Additional Pay for Language Skills (Chinese, Thai, English, Japanese, etc.)

• Employment Period: December 8, 2026 – April 11, 2027

• Work Schedule: Shift-based

• Weekly Hours: Approximately 24–40 hours

• Daily Hours: Approximately 6–8 hours

• Salary is calculated based on actual hours worked

• Working hours and schedules may vary depending on operational needs
