Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations & Refunds:

30 days or more before the scheduled activity/lesson: 100% refund

15 to 29 days prior: 70% refund

7 to 14 days prior: 50% refund

Within 7 days of the scheduled date: No refund
All cancellations and booking changes must be requested through our customer service team at info@sorasnow.com.
Participants are responsible for any bank fees and exchange rate differences incurred during the refund process.
Special Exceptions (Full Refund):
A full refund will be granted under the following circumstances, regardless of cancellation timing:

Official ski resort closure due to severe weather, and the participant is unable to attend lessons at an alternative resort.

Medical exemption: Presentation of a valid medical certificate issued by a licensed doctor in Japan, confirming that the participant is unable to join due to injury or illness.
Changes to Confirmed Bookings:
Once your booking is confirmed, any changes to date, time, location, or ski/snowboard lesson type must be made through customer service and are subject to availability.
If changes cannot be accommodated and cancellation is required, the above cancellation fees will apply.
Additional Notes:

Participants are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time for their scheduled lessons.

Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a same-day cancellation (no refund).

We strongly recommend all participants arrange travel and accident insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances not included in this policy.
