Skiing and snowboarding in Japan have drawn travelers from all around the world — and we believe that a diverse team of instructors can help make these experiences even more enjoyable, welcoming, and accessible for everyone.
Whether you're an experienced instructor or just starting your international journey, this is your chance to teach on Japan’s powder-filled slopes and be part of a vibrant, supportive team.
We offer fair compensation, staff accommodation, essential facilities, and a well-organized working environment. Our operations are fully legal and set up to support international instructors with different backgrounds and cultures.
What We’re Looking For

An internationally recognized ski instructor certification (e.g., CSIA, NZSIA, PSIA, etc.) or
At least 36 months of experience as a ski or snowboard instructor
(This is required for visa eligibility in Japan) -
Passion for teaching and sharing the joy of skiing or snowboarding

Good communication skills in English (additional languages like Chinese or Thai are a plus)

A collaborative mindset and the maturity to live and work as part of a team

Previous teaching experience is highly preferred

Holding both ski and snowboard certifications or teaching experience is a strong advantage

Having an international or Japanese driver’s license is a plus
